Roles, responsibilities and staffing levels need to reflect the current and future demands of a Cloud and Transformed service. The IT function needs to adapt and if necessary re-skill or resize accordingly. The future IT structure can also be a key component of the Business case to support Cloud and Transformation.

Policy Sets

Another word for policy is Business Requirements. Policy defines the principles of how the IT function will operate and interact with the Business. Our templates of polices are designed for a Cloud first world and include application management, starter / movers / leavers, email, collaboration, security, etc. These are localised to suit the client’s requirements.

Commercial Tendering

Typically clients will need to retender their service and support models to align the deliverables to the new Transformed Technology Stack and Cloud services. Our model is based on a defined service catalogue backed up by the 350 standard contractual deliverables for an IT function. We have successfully utilised the model to retender multiple services to deliver integrated cloud service management.
